Test certificate and connection form - Business

For all alterations the Test Certificate & Connection Form must be completed and signed by a qualified electrician and provided to Manx Utilities prior to ANY connection to a property. This is required for all new supplies, additional loads, circuit additions, rewires and connections of additional apparatus to existing installations. For new connections the Supply Application Form must also be completed.
