Priority Care is our confidential, free of charge service designed for our most vulnerable customers. This service will provide you with peace of mind as a Priority Care registered customer you will benefit from extra care and attention during service interruptions.
To be eligible for this service, you must be reliant on your electricity or water supply for:
- medical equipment such as home dialysis or oxygen concentrators
- mobility around the home such as stair lifts and adjustable beds
- registered disabled or chronically sick
- have poor sight and/or hearing difficulties

Customers dependent on 100% uninterrupted electricity supply
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply. If an uninterrupted supply is essential to you, you may need to make alternative arrangements through your doctor or a social worker. If you experience a loss of supply and you have any concerns that you or a family member may be at risk, please ring Nobles Hospital (01624) 650000. The oxygen delivery services (managed by DH Estates) is also accessible via the Nobles Hospital Helpdesk on (01624) 650000.
