Will the development impact biodiversity?

Manx Utilities has a duty as a public body to ensure we demonstrate the steps taken to preserve, protect, mitigate or enhance any habitat found at the site. We will look to maximise the benefits to the Island’s ecosystem alongside our development.

Biodiversity Net Gain will also soon become law for all developers on the Island.
