Do windfarms affect health?

We will ensure that the design does not impact human health. A human health chapter will be included within the Environmental Statement (ES) as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process. This assessment will consider the effect of the Proposed Development on human health and will be undertaken in accordance with guidance from the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). A literature review will be included in the assessment to consider academic and scientific studies undertaken in relation to health and wind turbines.
