How will the windfarm be funded?

Electricity costs are not funded from central taxation and the costs of running Manx Utilities are met from charges to its customers whereas Government services, such as healthcare and education, are funded from central taxation.  That is, the income comes from two separate sources and Manx Utilities is not reliant on central taxation to fund the construction of a wind farm.
