The Manx Utilities Authority is a Statutory Board of the Isle of Man Government, proud to be a trusted provider of essential utility services that support the Island’s people, economy, and environment. With a dedicated team of around 400 staff and an annual turnover of approximately £150 million, we play a vital role in keeping the Island running every day.

Manx Utilities is seeking to replace the online chlorine monitors at its two Water Treatment Works. They are used to continuously monitor chlorine residuals pre-disinfection, and in final treated water. Eighteen monitors are needed in total. These are to be purchased over a twelve-month period commencing August 2026. There will be a further two years on the agreement to cover any additional units resulting in a Contract end date of August 2029.

Please select ‘Register’ from the menu on the left side of the Home Page.

Once you have registered your organisation you should select this ‘Quick Quote’ from the list of ‘Current Tenders’ and ‘View Details’ then click ‘Express an Interest’ at the bottom of the page.

Once you have expressed an interest a new tab called ‘Quote Documents’ will become available where you can download all the necessary information.

The closing date for the receipt of Expressions of Interest on the Portal is noon on Tuesday 30th June 2026.

The closing date for the return of your quotation through the Portal is noon on Tuesday 7th July 2026.
