A breakdown of the domestic tariffs currently available to our customers are listed below. When signing up for your new tariff why not also sign up for Direct Debit and e-billing which will provide you with an extra £1.50 discount on your quarterly bill.

Standard Domestic Customers

Rate Charge Daily Standing Charge
Unit Rate 29.5 pence per unit 25.5 pence per day

We obtain and process a meter reading each quarter and issue bills within a few working days.

 Basic Domestic Customers

Rate Charge Daily Standing Charge
Unit Rate 29.5 pence per unit 74.3 pence per day

The basic domestic tariff has an uplifted daily standing charge and will be applied to those domestic customers who have Opted out of having a smart meter and will instead have a meter installed that excludes the communications module. This increased charge reflects the additional costs incurred by us in maintaining a legacy billing process. This would only apply from the point the modified meter is installed. This does not apply to those customers who are still waiting for a smart meter appointment or already have a smart meter but have chosen not to use the SmarterLiving App.

This tariff supports small‑scale renewable installations with a maximum export capacity up to 10kW.
Please note: this export capacity is subject to network studies and may be reduced if the installation could have a negative impact on the electricity network.

All renewable generation systems must meet the relevant ENA EREC G98, G99 or G100 Engineering Standards.

Who is it for?

This tariff is available to customers who install renewable generation equipment, such as:

  • Solar PV panels
